Prevent Child Abuse Oregon invites you to come check out the blue lights during a family-friendly gathering under the Morrison Bridge to celebrate our communities, families, and children of Oregon! They will be gathered under the west end of the Morrison Bridge between Naito Parkway Road and Waterfront Trail.
